Another Visit

Last week Ava, Halle, my mom, and I were able
to go up to Idaho to see
my great-grandma.
It's always a long trip because we go up to Idaho
and back down in a day.
That's 6 hours of driving. Yikes!
But it's always worth it.

My grandma was so excited to see us!
She was wearing all black and was excited
to see that Ava was wearing all black.

It was so fun to just catch up and talk with her.
She always has so much insight and is genuinely
concerned about others.

She loved seeing our little girls and wanted so badly to hold Halle.

But as you all know, Halle doesn't like to sit still. 

So, the only way we could get some pictures

 of Halle with my Grandma

was to preoccupy Halle with a waschcloth or my mom's camera.

My grandma gave us some presents. She got Ava a cute scarf, hat, and mitten set. She gave Halle a little spin toy that plays music. Halle loves to dance to it.

in fact, whenever it's on she goes crazy! That's why I love the picture above.

Halle dances and moves so quick that I can't even catch it on camera.

I am so grateful that my girls have had the opportunity to get to know
their great-great grandma.
